I specifically told Linnea I needed a blue colored speaker, she even sent me pictures to approve the shade of blue, which I did. not only did Linnea delay my shipment and sent it over a week more than we agreed, she DELIBERATELY sent out a wrong color without notifying me.
when I confronted her about it, she stubbornly refused to apologize for what she did and instead insisted that she did nothing wrong, that they’re a not a retail store, and as such when she realized the blue colored speaker was sold out, she simply sent the grey colored one. and then started bragging about how they’re a big company that’s been open since 2008 blah blah . How can I trust you to deliver 1000 pcs of speakers, when you couldn’t even deliver one piece without issues?
she then went on to brag about how they’ve been in existence since 2008 and handle a lot of huge orders for big companies blah blah. in all of this, not a single apology was rendered. I STRONGLY advice you to not do bizness with this company
